I’m Vincent, a Data Scientist/Analyst and real estate professional with a Master’s in Urban Spatial Science from University College London and a background in Real Estate. Raised in a small village in Ghana, I discovered my passion for data and discovery despite growing up without access to a computer, a journey that shaped my resilience, curiosity, and commitment to learning. Today, I use data to turn complex problems into practical, real-world insights.

What I Do

I analyze data to uncover insights that drive business decisions. My work focuses on identifying trends, building models, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

My work spans data analysis, spatial analytics, and predictive modeling, using tools like Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and QGIS. I build clear dashboards, automate reporting, and translate data into decisions teams can trust.

My mission is simple: to use data to solve real-world problems across real estate, urban systems, and business decision-making, from housing markets and investment strategy to policy and smarter cities. I believe insight should lead to action, and I’m committed to doing work that matters.
